Are you just making games now?

...well, we still have big plans. It just takes a while to do things when you're normal poor people 'worming on nights and weekends. Ew, maybe we shouldn't call it that.We snapped on some latex gloves, dug reeeeeallll deep and decided we just want to create a game for now while we look for reliable people. For now we're volunteer only, but if you're reliable and you'd like to join—contact us! We can all succeed together. If you're interested in hiring Inchworm to help with your work—make us an offer we can't refuse.

You provide the Q, we provide the A.

Don't make it weird. Just ask the question.

Questions about privacy: [email protected]

Our website (this one...inchwormgames.com, to be specific)

What we may receive. If you email us, or fill in a form on the site (for example to submit a wish for Wish Upon, ask a question, or inquire about merch or other misc. askings), we receive whatever you choose to send—typically a message and, if you include one, an email address or name. How we use it. To reply, to run the studio, and—for wishes submitted for Wish Upon—to consider including anonymised or lightly edited wish text in the game. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising.Hosting and tools. The site is hosted by a third party. Hosting and any form or email tools they provide may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit, under that provider’s own privacy policy. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics SDKs of our own on the site.Merch. If you buy merchandise through a link or store we point you to, the payment and fulfillment provider (not Inchworm Games) processes your order. Their privacy policy applies to that purchase.

Wish Upon

Wish Upon is a single-player game on Steam. What the game stores. Progress and settings stay on your device (and, if you use Steam Cloud for this title, in your Steam account under Valve’s control). The game does not ask you for a name, email, or other personal details.Wishes. Wishes that appear in the game come from submissions people send us (usually through our website). We treat a submitted wish as something you are offering for possible use in the game. Do not include information you would not want shown to other players. We may edit or decline submissions.Steam. Buying, installing, achievements, friends, and related Steam features are handled by Valve. See Steam’s Privacy Policy.

Hex Kitchen

Hex Kitchen is a single-player puzzle game. It does not collect, transmit, or share personal information. What the app stores on your device.- Progress: which shift you are on, stars per shift, Perfect and Fast service marks, tutorial cards already seen, your potion jar and potions, and sound/music settings.
- Play log: for each finished shift: the shift number, whether you cleared it, moves and seconds used, and counts of actions (swipes, rotates, walkouts, and similar). Used only on the device.
Both live in the app’s private storage. Neither is uploaded by the app. The app does not request network access. What the app does not do. No account, sign-in, advertising, analytics, crash reporters, or in-app purchases. It does not access contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or your other files.Android / Google Play. Installing from Google Play is subject to Google’s policies. The app itself does not use Google advertising or analytics IDs.Deleting Hex Kitchen data: Uninstalling the app removes the saved progress and the play log from the device.

Children

We do not eat them, sell them, or make light of either. Our games are suitable for general audiences, generally, but we may go dark at any point—real dark—so please check the rating of any specific game before handing it off to your child and leaving the room for some G.D. peace and quiet. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, about children, or for children. Hex Kitchen collects none. Wish Upon and the website only receive what someone voluntarily sends (email, a form, a wish). Please do not submit a child’s personal details or you're the problem. Do better.

Sharing

We're very pro sharing. Except when it comes to your personal information and/or secrets (we'll never tell). We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. It is possible, in the future (near or far), that we may share something you have sent us only if needed to run the studio (for example an external contractor helping with support), if required by law, or if you ask us to. But we don't currently do that, nor have plans to. It's just possible, as are all things.

Your choices

- Stop website contact by not emailing or submitting forms.
- Remove Hex Kitchen local data by uninstalling.
- For Steam account or purchase data, use Steam’s settings and Valve’s process.
- Email us at the address above to ask what we hold from a message or wish you sent, or to ask us to delete it where we still have it—we likely don't, but could.

Changes

If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.

Email us if you're looking for something specific. For the right kind of scratch, we'll put our logo on anything. Yes, even that.

IWG Embroidered Hoodie

Well, you certainly scored something here. A nice hoodie. Supporting a small, independent group of free-thinkers trying to conquer the world make ends meet while developing video games. You get it. Now get it.

IWG T

Soft and lightweight—unlike my dreams. Perfect for those of you shaped like an uppercase "T" and terrible for those of us with "F" arms. There are tens of us.

IWG Heartcrush T

This is pretty much just a shirt, with a little sadness and anger imbued. It's no joking matter, despite how many laughs you hear whistling over the incomparable prepossessingness that whispers from the ocean's waves—no doubt from an impeccably serviced yacht.

IWG Gaming Mousepad

Did a batch of regular mousepads fall off of the delivery truck? Then were those mousepads claimed and printed on using only the finest inks that a second alleyway delivery drop mistake can deliver? And then did we tack on the word "gaming" so we could charge more? You'll never know.Turn your old-ass boomer work station into a professional gaming setup all the kids will talk about after breaking in to steal something innocuous (such as a mousepad) during the latest TikTok challenge. They won't know that this is what finally pushes you to quit your job and leave your abusive landlord minus one tenant and three sheets to the wind to travel the lower 48 in your Volkswagen Camper Van while eating yourself to death on a diet of only Oreo Space Dunks. Those thief-kids had a laugh about it while getting all the clicks, so that makes it ok.But whatever. Don’t worry about jerky mouse movements ever again, as the under layer features a reliable non-slip surface that keeps the entire mat firmly rooted to your table—and your heart.

Inchworm Heartcrush Ceramic Mug

Warm-up with a nice cuppa snark in this kind of okay ceramic coffee mug (we've never been one to oversell). It'll hold liquids.

Inchworm Generic Mousepad

Apart from protecting your wrist with its official Memory Foam™ resting pad, this mouse pad can also accommodate a mouse. Neat!

IWG Logo Sticker

A sticker like this says, "I'm bold."
A sticker like this says, "I see the vision."
A sticker like this says, "I'm a person of action."
A sticker like this says, "I've got that $9.99 + shipping money."
A sticker like this says, "I'm going to choose a higher tier option because stickers are high margin and most of the money will go to the efforts of the development studio."
